For more than a decade, I’ve worked alongside businesses that rely on technology every day. That experience has shaped how I think about software, operations, customer relationships, and growth.

I’ve learned that successful technology conversations rarely begin with features. They begin with people: the work they are trying to do, the challenges slowing them down, and the outcomes they are trying to achieve.

That perspective has influenced my work in technical operations, customer support, sales conversations, product thinking, and the creation of GetBloomDirect.
